Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
    1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 pouch of dry onion soup mix
    1 1/4 cup water
    4 stalks of celery
    1/2 red bell pepper
    6 potatoes
    6 carrots cut into pieces
Preparation
    Brown the roast in oil on all sides. Mix together mushroom soup and onion mix with water. Put your roast in a roasting pan and pour soup mixture over the meat; add celery and bell pepper on top and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Add potatoes and carrots and bake 1 more hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.
