Zesty Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
6 oz. red pepper (cubes)
3 oz. green pepper (cubes)
3 oz. onion (cubes)
9 oz. beef round (cubes)
Preparation

Marinate beef cubes in salad dressing for 4 to 8 hours. Remove and discard liquid.
Alternate vegetables and beef on skewers, leaving some space between each item.
Grill kabobs over hot coals until beef is desired doneness.
