Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red skinned potatoes
    1 c. celery slices
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
    Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
    Drain.
    Cut into 1/2-inch cubes and let cool.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Refrigerate until serving. Yields 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
