Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. hashbrowns (may use potatoes O'Brien)
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans fried onion rings
    1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper (optional)
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, onion, soup and sour cream in bowl and add 1/2 of cheese, mix well and spread in greased 9x13 pan.
    Top with remainder of cheese and all of the onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until gold and bubbly.
