Endive Salad With Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 bunches curly endive, torn (8 c.)
3 small red potatoes, cooked and sliced
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a salad bowl, combine endive and potatoes. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
