German Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up leftover beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. green pepper
    any leftover gravy
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook until vegetables are soft.
    Add water if needed.
    Thicken with butter or cornstarch or flour mixture with cool water.
    Serve with toast, rice or mashed potatoes.
