Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish hens
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
Preparation
    Split birds in half and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Place each half on square of heavy foil.
    Pour olive oil over each and grease well.
    Place birds skin side down and fill cavity with other ingredients mixed together.
    Fold foil squares around birds to keep in all juices.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
    Open foil and turn birds skin side up. Raise heat and brown about 20 minutes.
