Heavenly Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. whipped cream, whipped until just stiff
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice, egg and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and thickened, 10 to 15 minutes; use a whisk for best results.
    Cool completely.
    Fold in whipped cream; chill at least 3 hours.
    Serve with fresh fruit; apples, pears, strawberries, etc.
