Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken for 6 (skin removed)
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (divide in half)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except onion soup and chicken.
    Place in a greased 8 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 package of onion soup over rice.
    Place chicken on top and cover with remaining soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not add salt or any other liquids.
