Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. flour plus 1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Spread rhubarb in a 9-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and dot with butter.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
