Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup condensed tomato soup.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape in about 15 to 20 small meat balls.
Place in skillet.
Brown lightly.
Place drained meatballs in casserole dish and mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
