Nana'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. margarine
2 3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 c. flour (Gold Medal or other)
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream margarine, sugar and salt together with mixer.
Next, add eggs.
Beat well until beaten together.
Add flavoring and beat.
Add flour in increments, beating each time.
(Should be fairly thick and hard to mix.) Then add milk and beat.
Pour into Pam-sprayed tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes.
