Shoya Chicken(For 6 To 10 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    flour
    egg
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces (roughly 2 to 3 pieces per breast half). Dip each piece into beaten egg and then into flour two times.
    Fry in deep fat fryer or wok, approximately 20 minutes. Fry several pieces at one time.
    Set aside in a large container with a tight lid.
