Vienna Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 lb. soft liverwurst
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, butter and cream cheese together, as for pie crust, by cutting in shortening with a fork.
Roll out paper thin on a floured board.
Blend liverwurst and lemon juice.
Spread mixture onto rolled pastry.
Roll up dough as for jelly roll; wrap in wax paper.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Cut into thin slices.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
