Almond Roca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. butter (1 lb.)
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. sliced almonds or 2 c. toasted almonds
    2 (8 oz.) Hershey bars, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and water in a large heavy saucepan.
    Cook on high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Reduce to medium-high heat and cook until tan, 276\u00b0 (285\u00b0 sea level).
