Proteena-Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. wide or lasagna noodles
    1 can mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    3 c. diced Proteena
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    pimiento for garnish
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
    Combine mushroom soup, milk, salt and poultry seasoning and heat.
    Blend cheeses and beat well; add olives, onion, pepper and parsley.
    Blend well.
    Place half the noodles in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread with half the cheese mixture, half the Proteena and half the soup.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with buttered crumbs and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with pimiento.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
