Steamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken thighs
flour
margarine
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. shoyu
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Roll chicken in flour and brown in margarine.
After all the chicken is cooked, return it to the pot.
Pour wine, shoyu, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the milk.
Cover pot and let it steam or simmer for 40 minutes or until tender.
