Frosty Strawberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Pour into 12 foil or paper-lined muffin cups.
    Freeze until solid.
    Thaw at least 15 minutes before serving.
