Fresh Corn Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears fresh corn or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn-on-the-cob
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    3 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 eggs, beaten until light
Preparation
    Husk the corn; remove silk and scrape kernels and pulp from the cob.
    If you use the frozen corn, thaw well before scraping. There should be about 1 1/2 cups corn and pulp.
