Baked Potato Boots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in hot oven
    (425\u00b0)
    for
    1
    hour or until tender.
    Scoop out potatoes with
    a
    spoon being careful not to break shell.
    Mash potatoes and
    add
    salt, margarine and milk. Mix well.
    Put mashed potatoes
    back into shell.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese and put
    back
    in
    oven for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until top is brown; cheese is melted.
    Cheese and bacon can be left off.
    Add anything
    else, just plain butter on top, parsley, paprika.
