Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak wild rice overnight or for four or five hours; drain. Add ingredients; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (May be made ahead.)
