Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
Preparation
    Heat broccoli until thawed.
    Combine in a large bowl with rice and sour cream.
    Saute mushrooms and onion and add to broccoli mixture.
    Stir in 3/4 cup of Cheddar and 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
    Stir well and pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
