Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients, except sugar.
Mix butter, oil, sugar and eggs together.
Add zucchini, buttermilk, vanilla, walnuts and chocolate chips.
Mix along with dry ingredients.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
