Macaroni-Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. macaroni rings, cooked and drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. mandarin oranges, seedless green grapes or cherries
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, flour, sugar and pineapple and fruit cocktail juice.
Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and add eggs and heat again.
Cool slightly.
Add macaroni, pineapple and fruit cocktail.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Just before serving, add marshmallows, whipped cream and grapes or cherries or mandarin oranges.
Serves 25 to 30.
