Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 c. cheese, chopped
1 large bag Doritos or tortilla chips
1 can Ro-Tel
1 pkg. taco seasoning
lettuce and tomatoes
Preparation

Cook ground beef in large skillet, covered with water; cook until it turns grey
and all pink is gone.
Drain liquid and add taco seasoning and Ro-Tel.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
In long cake pan, put a layer of Doritos.
Cover with layer of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Pour ground beef mixture over this, then repeat with another layer of Doritos and layer of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
Can be warmed in the microwave later.
