Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. liquid Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples (4 to 6)
3 c. self-rising flour
1 heaping c. chopped nuts (more if desired)

Preparation

Mix flour, apples and nuts and set aside.
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
Put in flour mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
