Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium tomato
    4 or 5 drops Tabasco
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown onion in butter. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.
    Stir in rice, tomato and green chilies.
    Pour in skillet.
    Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Cook until top is set (12 to 15 minutes).
    Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
