Carrot And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; mix crushed pineapple plus juice and sugar.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Add cream cheese; mix until dissolved.
    Mix gelatin and pineapple mixtures together.
    Cool until mixture begins to set.
    Add the mayonnaise, carrots and Cool Whip.
