Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl; add oil, eggs one at a time, then add carrots.
    Mix.
    Bake in greased and floured pan almost an hour at 325\u00b0.
