Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. half and half milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
3 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 sq. (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped coarse in blender or with sharp knife
Preparation

Place
sugar,
flour,
salt and eggs in heavy saucepan. Beat with wooden spoon until blended.
Beat in half and half. Stir over
low
heat until mixture coats spoon and is smooth. (Do
not overcook.)\tAdd
melted chocolate and vanilla.
Beat until\twell blended
and smooth. Cool;\tfold heavy cream into chocolate mixture to blend.
Fold in chopped chocolate. Freeze in
ice cream
freezer
or\tpour
in chilled loaf pans. Cover airtight and freeze.
