Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb. bacon, cubed
1/2 onion
green scallions, chopped
Preparation
-
Fry bacon and onion together in large pan.
Keep adding cabbage slowly using a little water to keep steam.
When all cabbage has been added, add a little butter or grease and fry quickly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
