Carrot Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. finely grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Blend
    eggs,
    oil and sugar.
    Sift together flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Add
    this
    flour mixture to the egg mixture and fold in pecans and carrots.
    Bake in 3 nine-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25\tto
    30\tminutes.
    When\tcooled, frost with cream cheese frosting.
