Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
2 lb. pork tenderloin (total), well trimmed and cut in 2 pieces
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lime juice, grated peel, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Add the tenderloin; seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Turn the bag occasionally.
