Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix well with fork or pastry blender until ingredients are crumbly.
    In small bowl, beat together with fork water, vinegar and egg.
    Combine the 2 mixtures until moist.
    Divide dough into 5 portions and shape in flat, round patty ready for rolling.
    Wrap each in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
