Brisket-Okie Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and rub on brisket.
    Place treated brisket in roaster pan.
    Cover with foil and cook at 225\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Pour off 2/3 of the broth.
