Fettuccine Carbonaro With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sliced lean ham
    2 carrots
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. fettuccine
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Preparation
    Bring large pot of water to boil.
    Keep ham slices in stacks and cut them into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    Cut carrots into very thin rounds.
    Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese and pepper together in small bowl.
    Cook fettuccine until almost done 8 to 10 minutes. Add carrots and peas.
    Cook another 2 minutes or until pasta is done and carrots are crisp and tender.
