Janet'S Old Fashioned Custard Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, raisins, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    In small bowl, beat 1 cup milk and eggs until thoroughly blended.
    Stir into rice mixture.
    Place in 2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Place in pan of water.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Stir gently and dust with cinnamon.
    Bake 40 minutes more.
