Classic All-American Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 yellow onion, minced
    3 stalks celery (small diced)
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    3 lb. red-skinned potatoes (about 8 average)
    6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
Preparation
    The day before preparation, combine the mayonnaise, onion, celery, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    If you'd like to give the onion a more mellow flavor, saute them in a little vegetable oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes before combining.
    Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
