Potato Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown bacon in large skillet.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes, thawed enough to separate, and the sauerkraut.
    Stir together bouillon and water; pour over mixture in skillet and mix.
    Place in a greased 2-quart baking casserole and bake, covered, about 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
