Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    3 baking potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large Dutch oven, boil water.
    Add peeled potatoes that have been sliced.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except milk.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add milk.
    Stir and serve.
