Caviar Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot sauce
    4 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar black caviar
    1 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and cream with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Add mayo, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and hot sauce; beat well.
    Spoon cream cheese mixture in shallow serving dish.
    Top with caviar, eggs and parsley.
    Serve spread with assorted crackers.
    Yield: 24 to 30 appetizer servings.
