Slovak Khrusty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. rich cream
    1 Tbsp. rum or brandy
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg and egg yolks until very light.
    Beat in sugar, cream, salt and rum.
    Stir in flour.
    Dough will be soft.
    Knead on floured board until smooth.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Roll thin about 1/8-inch or thinner.
    Use a small amount of dough at a time and keep rest covered (has a tendency to dry out).
