Nana'S Pumpkin Pie("The Best") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 large (29 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) regular pie shell
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
Slowly add sugar and spices. Mix on low speed.
Add pumpkin and mix on low.
Add evaporated milk.
Mix on low speed.
Pour pumpkin into pie shells.
Place pies on cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then lower oven to 325\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
Keep a check on pies. Deep dish will take longer to bake.
