Roman Holiday Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil flakes
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. (dry measure) rotini or spiral shaped pasta, cooked
salt to taste
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn
4 slices cheese
1 pkg. corn meal
1 can refried beans
1 can chilies with tomatoes
1 medium onion
Preparation

Saute hamburger and onion.
Place in bottom of large casserole dish.
On top, add beans, corn and chili peppers.
Cover with cheese.
Mix cornbread according to directions and spread over top.
Bake until golden brown.
