Mexican-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour.
