Fried Hard Crabs - cooking recipe

1 doz. hard crabs
2 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Clean and wash hard crabs thoroughly.
For 1 dozen hard crabs, combine 2 cups flour, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Lightly press bony, inner shell, being careful not to break back shell.
Dust in flour mixture and fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
