Spicy Shrimp, Snow Peas And Baby Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp (remove shell, devein, wash and pat dry)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 to 2 tsp. Oriental chili sauce
    1 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    few slices fresh ginger
    6 oz. snow peas, string and wash
    1 can baby corn, drained
    1 onion, cut into 6 or 8 pieces
    few strips red pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. broth
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. cornstarch in 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, salt, sugar, chili sauce, garlic and fresh ginger.
    Marinate 1/2 hour.
    In a frying pan, bring broth to boil. Add snow peas, corn, onion and red peppers.
    Stir-fry until peas are slightly done.
    Remove to platter.
    Bring liquid to boil.
    Add shrimp; cook until done.
    Thicken with cornstarch; stir in vegetables.
    Season and serve hot.
