Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can Mexican corn
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour in baking dish.
    Cover with 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1 stick of oleo.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
