Hot Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    8 slices bacon
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Preparation
    Chop spinach into salad size pieces, removing coarse stems. Cook bacon.
    Add vinegar, sugar, bacon grease and pepper together. Garnish spinach with eggs.
    Pour hot dressing over and serve immediately.
