Ingredients

1 large Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can eagle bran milk
1 can condensed milk
1 glass whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (except sugar).
Brown granulated sugar in skillet until melted then pour into baking dish.
Pour all mixed ingredients over the sugar mixture.
Place baking dish in a pan of water.
Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted into center of mixture comes out clean.
When flan has cooled, turn dish upside down onto plate.
Slice.
Keep refrigerated.
